Delano opened in 1947 and helped define the modern Miami we know today. Delano Residences & Hotel Miami carries that history into a 90-story tower downtown, where finished, furnished homes sit above a full hotel and a members club.
It is developed by Property Markets Group, with architecture by CUBE3, a conceptual design by Carlos Ott, and interiors by Meyer Davis. Hospitality is led by Ennismore and Accor, the team behind the Delano name.
